A Little About Me

I’m Elayn Martin-Gay, and I believe that every student can succeed. What’s more — I’ve been teaching, tutoring, and writing mathematics for over 30 years to perfect my methods for helping you do just that.

Students of all backgrounds have found my books and videos to be the key that starts their engine for understanding math on their own terms, and I’m so glad that we’re starting this journey together!

I do not like math at all but using Elayn’s videos has been a huge blessing. She does an awesome job explaining in a way I can understand that doesn’t make me feel like I’m getting left behind!

I’m using her videos now in my math class too! She’s honestly the reason I’m understanding math currently.

I am currently attending The Ohio State University and learning algebra… I had been out of school for nine years and did poorly in math. I am now applying myself and understanding that math is really awesome when you think about it.
